What condition are the games in?
All Game Drop pulls are tested and working. Games are disc-only unless otherwise noted. Some pulls may include the original case or manual as a bonus.
How fast does it ship?
Game Drop orders ship within 3 business days. You can also choose free in-store pickup at Infinity Arcade in Torrington, CT.
Can I return or exchange my pull?
Game Drop pulls are final. That is the nature of a mystery pull. However, if your game arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with another pull from the same tier.
How are the odds determined?
We set value tiers based on current fair market data from PriceCharting.com. The percentages shown represent the likelihood of pulling a game in each value range.
